Ultrasonic methods of non-contact registration the patient's heartbeat and breathing processes in complex chronomagnetoterapy

Abstract:
Non-contact studies of cardiac and respiratory activity, as well as the general condition of the patient are one of the priorities of modern medicine. The Studies of the functional status of the patient is also relevant for the complex chronomagnetoterapy, where the parameters of the impact of magnetotherapeutic adapt in accordance with cardiac and respiratory rhythms. The currently known methods of remote registration of cardiac and respiratory activity does not meet the requirements of high accuracy, noise immunity, reliability, and are often quite expensive. In the present article describes the main methods of ultrasonic surface locations processes the patient's heartbeat and breathing in complex chronomagnetoterapy: Based on the phase principle; Based on the echolocation principle; Based on the pulse-phase beats. This paper presents the functional diagrams of methods, and describes their advantages and disadvantages. In this method based on the impulse-phase beats combines the two previous options, and it has a much greater sensitivity and noise immunity, as well as a wide range of motion measurements of the chest, regardless of the wavelength of the radiation, which makes it very promising for non-contact studies of the processes of respiration and heartbeat in complex chronomagnetoterapy.
