Changes of microbiological parameters of the covering tissues surveyed in conditions 520-day isolation

Abstract:
The adverse factors of space flight influencing an organism of the person are weightlessness, gipodinamiya, space radiation and the stress caused by long stay in confined habitat . Researches earlier were carried out in ground conditions on studying influence of the factor of weightlessness and long stay surveyed in confined habitat of limited volume. Practically at all surveyed person, changes of a microbic landscape of the covering tissues of a various sort have been fixed. Experiment «Mars-500» has given a unique opportunity to estimate influence of isolation of 520 days in confined habitat on microflora of the covering tissues at verifiers - volunteers. The purpose of the work was carrying out researches of microbiological parameters of the covering tissues of the volunteers participating in experiment. The researches of a condition microflora of the covering tissues was carried at 6 person. Researches of bacterial microflora of the covering tissues were carried out in to the background period, after 7, 14, 21, 75, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240, 270, 300, 330, 360, 390, 420, 450, 480, 510 days of experiment, and after 7 and 14 days upon termination of the experiment. Specific structure in each group was defined by means of commercial biochemical test-systems (Lachema). Statistical data processing was carried out by the two-factorial dispersive analysis. Dynamics of quantitative characteristics of microflora of the covering tissues for surveyed persons confirms periodic character of accumulation of potential of pathogenicity in the system person-microbe that reflects the general tendency of change of microflora of the person in the confined habitat. Correction of disbiotics changes of a microbic landscape of integumentary fabrics is necessary.
