Abstract:
In medical hospitals which are equipped with the automated complex for scrining inspections, gathering and processing of the information on a state of health of patients is constantly conducted. Locally this information can be used for the analysis of health of the patient, on a cut of the certain quantity of the years, taking place prophylactic medical examination. To investigate quantitative and qualitative characteristics of a deviation in a state of health of the population and as the reasons and mechanisms of their occurrence, it is necessary to analyze the data received with hospitals within the limits of one area, city, region.
Such complex analytical system can be created, using technology On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP). First of all carry of the data from транзакционной databases (DB) in a DB with topology «star» or «snowflake», the formed table of the facts the console tables connected to it is meant. Further on contents of this DB is under construction and the multivariate cube of the data is filled. The Cube it is displayed as the bidimentional table with hierarchy of measurements of lines and Columns.
The process described above can be executed, for example, in MS Analysis Services in structure MS SQL Server 2012, and as the OLAP-client in the elementary case can act MS Excel.
In our case OLAP-data processing ЛПУ is determined by the facts considered as individual event and the facts, determined through dynamics of change of parameters. Association of the data to identical registration attributes of patients both revealed by risks and pathologies will allow to create cubes which can create and fill in the aggregated multivariate cube.
In turn, medical personnel should possess the advanced user means of formation of inquiries of OLAP-cubes.
