The automated complex of psychophysiological state of athletes rehabilitation

Abstract:
In modern medicine much attention is given to progress of a method of a biological feedback (BFB).Its essence consists that by means of an external circuit of the feedback organized mainly by means of microprocessor or computer technics, the information on a condition and variation of those or other own physiological processes is shown to the patient that allows the patient to develop skills of self-control. Vast majority of physiological functions have oscillatory character. Therefore fundamental importance in computer it is BFB-technologies has oscillatory biofeedback control which allows to reveal and restore the natural (own) biological rhythms of an organism lost owing to adverse external factors. The article is devoted to the development of an automated complex of psycho-physiological state rehabilitation of athletes using biofeedback «Korespo» with a software module - Decision Support System of a physician , the structure of the DSS doctor with a device forming the boundaries of individual physiological limits of athletes according to the long-term and short-term observations of their psycho-physiological state with the subsequent application of the rule parameters is presented. Constructing DSS of a physician requires experimental data. As an example a group of athletes involved in skydiving, jumping to precision landing is taken. Evaluation criteria of sporting achievements are selected: the number of jumps of a parachutist and precision of parachute jumping . In order to select the most informative for athletes paratroopers heart rate variability parameters (HR - heart rate , Q - the index of autonomic balance, HF - power spectrum of high-frequency component of variability in% of the total power fluctuations ), the method of principal components is used. The questions of practical implementation of the DSS doctor are observed. The experiment of comparing the parachutists sporting achievements results are presented; on the base effectiveness of the biofeedback using can be estimated.
