Abstract:
The article describes a decision support system (DSS) of the surgeon of the emergency help at treatment of patients with heavy injuries of a liver. DSS surgeon is an automated system that allows to analyze the parameters that determine the condition of the patient, such as the extent and location of damage of a liver, the degree of shock, and also offers a 3D model of the chest and abdomen, which is the most suitable for the operated patient taking into account his anatomical and physiological features. The technology of development of DSS of the surgeon is described. The detailed methodology of extracting medical knowledge, which includes three stages is considered. On the first step, the textual data mining methods, on the second, survey, on the third, dialogue were used. By this technique the criteria defining a choice of expeditious reception and quick access, and also alternative versions of decisions on the basis of which the hierarchy is constructed.
