Biosubstance potentiometrycal contorl methods in human condition monitoring during postoperative period

Abstract:
Today in medical practice are making efforts for early pathology recognition and patients treatment control. Water-salt metabolism condition control and monitoring must be considered as a perspective solution of this problem. One of the perspective directions in monitoring systems creation is an application of biosubstance electrochemical control. In biosubstance electrochemical control methods creation the greatest attention is devoted to potenciometrical and conductometrical analyses. Conductometrical method is based on solution electroconductivity gain-frequency characteristics analysis. In potenciometry the balanced potential is estimated. One of the option in potenciometry clinical practice application is the Fe2+ and HS- ions organism intoxication diagnostics using Ag2S - and Pt - electrodes. Another option is the hemostasis control using EM-electrode. The interpretation of potenciometrical measurements in human urine is quite complicated, so the most perspective way to its processing is application of neural network.
