Abstract:
Development of non-invasive hemodynamic parameters monitoring systems with acceptable accuracy for the diagnosis of serious pathologies at an early stage is one of the leading trends in the development of state-of-the-art functional diagnosis techniques. Such trends may be related to vector rheocardiography method, a key feature of which is the use of an electrode system to be related with individual anatomical features of the geometry and location of the heart. For research a multichannel hardware-software complex has being used, it allows measuring impedance by using tetrapolar technique with up to 30 precardiac channels. The results of theoretical and experimental studies presents influence of the lung tissue and muscle layers in the calculated value of stroke volume and ejection fraction by using vector rheocardiography method.The results of preclinical studies of the developed technique found the accuracy of vector rheocardiography technology is congruent to the accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound studies.
