A screening diagnostics systems critical rules building method, allowing medical algorithms correct description to be carried out has been suggested. The method is based upon the fuzzy sets theory. Real diagnostic systems should take into consideration the symptoms value gradation in the context of the nosological format being considered and single symptoms obligation and non-obligation indicating means are necessary to be presented.
