Continuous processes based on fuzzy topological identification potential failure analysis

Abstract:
For solving the problem of technological equipment potentially possible failures determination is proposed the approach based on generalized methodology, built on complex systems evolutionary studies involving classical statistical and fuzzy technologies principle, allowing streamlined review process as a stepwise procedure, organized hierarchically. The analysis idea is based on the technological process fuzzy directed graph consideration as a fuzzy cognitive map. Failures are modeled on topological level by mean of change in the fuzzy probability magnitude level. Loss (or attenuation force) between graph vertices.
