Abstract:
Development of biotechnological systems, which are capable for a long-time automatic monitoring of hemodynamic parameters and which can help the physician with the controlling of pathological changes in the functional state of the cardiovascular system respectively, is an urgent task. One of such technologies is the vector rheocardiography method, which peculiarity is the electrode system approval to individual anatomical features of the heart geometry and location. For registering the multichannel the hardware-software complex has been used, which allows to take impedance data by using tetrapolar method by 30 precardiac channels. The software which allows to calculate stroke volume and ejection fraction by impedance measurements processing in real-time for each cardiac cycle is developed. The results of preclinical research of the developed technique has shown that the accuracy of vector rheocardiography technology isn-t concede to the accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound research.
