Abstract:
The results of experimental and clinical research using an alternative methods of treatments shows that such methods become more and more popular. The effectiveness and safety of such methods are still speculated. Such contradictory valuation can be explained with the lack of experimental research. There is a few data about bioresonance therapy concerning morphofunctional activity of intact animal-s cells. So the aim of our work is detection the BRT influence on the genes - expression in cells of experimental animals. Experiment was lead on white rats 120-130 gr. (n = 28), white mice 40-50gr. (n = 28). Animals were divided into control and experimental groups. I group - control -intact adult rats, II - group - experimental - white rats undergone 1 hour BRT, III group - control - intact adult mice, IV group - experimental - white mice undergone 1 hour BRT. Hepatic and nephritic cells - nucleuses were extracted by Shovo method. Nucleus - RNA synthesis were estimated by inclusion of labeled predecessor of [14C]-УТФ in acid insoluble fraction. Isolated nucleuses were incubated with labeled predecessor during 15 minutes. The reaction was stopped by 10 % solution of trichloroacetic acid and then filtrated by membrane filters (Whatman GF/D), which were inserted in scintillation liquid. The quantities of impulses were measured by scintillation counter SL-40. The RNA intensity in control group were 100 %. Animals were scarified under etherization. Correlation of epitheliocytes with different types of nucleus was estimated in semislim section nephritic tissue. The biological materials were fixed in Carnua fixator, blocking were lead in 5 % mixture of wax and lamp-wax. Section 5 mkm, were colored by hemotocsilin - eosin. Histological material were investigated under light microscopy «Lomo» Accuracy were estimated by Student criteria (p < 0.01). BRT by endogenous electromagnetic fields were leading using IMEDIS-Expert, in endogenous BRT regime with the follow parameters: density - 0.2 mT, frequency - 10-500000 Hz, operating mode - therapy/ pause - 3:1; sequential switching of frequencies , one frequency exposition time - 1 sec. the duration of the therapy 60 min. Animals were put in the contour of magnetic loop, connected to the device. It was determined that that BRT have no influence to the RNA synthesis in hepatic cell-s nucleus in adult white mice. In eukaryote cells the genes which products determined the final function of differentiated cells are most active. Another part of genes is in calm condition. For example genes that controls the growth and cell fission (the genes of early answer) and morphogenic genes - homeosistic genes and so on. External electromagnetic fields (< 300 Hz) enhanced the enzyme reaction by transcription stimulation of specific genes. We can suppose that BRT has a selective influence on genes expression. So the investigation of BRT influence on different class of genes is the aim of our further research.
