Abstract:
Object of research of the theory mass service is the organisation of systems mass service so that to receive economically optimum results, i.e. a minimum of expenses of time for service, expectation in turn, and also expenses for the equipment at some set technical restrictions that, undoubtedly, is an actual problem.
For systems of mass service (SMS) presence of three major factors is characteristic: an entering stream of requirements, the mechanism of service and discipline of service.
Everyone SMS consists of certain quantity of attendants, so-called channels of service (for example, communication lines, sellers, cashiers and etc.).
Time of receipt of a stream of requirements and holding time of one requirement are casual. Therefore, as it happens in an everyday life, at times on input SMS the great number of demands (the turn is formed) accumulates, and sometimes demands do not arrive, and SMS works with not a full download.
Let's consider a control system research problem of «smart house» methods of the theory of mass service, on the basis of it we will reveal reserves of optimisation of economic indicators and possible expansion of functions of the on-door speakerphone, as control system «kernels» of «smart house».
