Phototherapeutic system with biofeedback

Abstract:
The biotechnical system (BTS), characterized by adaptability and universality concerning the possibility of realization with the application of practically any type of photo-therapeutic irradiator and wide collection of the feedback signal sensor is proposed. The construction of the Shim-modulator of the intensity of the influencing intensity of the optical emission, controlled by the personal computer and which makes it possible to introduce feedback signal into the same computer from the wide collection of sensors is developed. As an example to practical realization the application of developed BTS with the use of a «photon shower» photo matrix irradiator and a spectrophotometer sensor in the course of conducting the courses of rehabilitative phototherapy is examined. The developed system as the specific prototype of the adaptive photo-therapeutic system, which makes it possible to carry out an essential advance in the solution of the problem of bio-dosimetry can be considered.
