The article is about a development of decision support system (DSS) of diagnostics of the anemias «DofA» for the general practitioner which will help the doctor with decision-making of diagnostics of an anemia and appointment of corresponding treatment. The main stages of system development and its structure are described, and also the description of work of the system is resulted. Development of DSS «DofA» consists of such stages, as: development of algorithms for diagnosis of anemia, the formalization of knowledge, development of the concept of the system, the choice of development tools, system approbation. "DofA" is a system governed by knowledge. In the process of developing of a system the database «the Card of the patient», "Directories" and the knowledge base "Diagnostics" are designed. The personal data of the patient, date of visitings of the doctor, results of its inspections, results of diagnostics are stored in a database «the Card of the patient». The data for the database and knowledge base can be changed, writing a new data into the block "Directories". It is possible to change or add the analytical and physiological research, standards of analytical performance, the name of the clinic, office, etc. The system provides for the introduction and removal of various indicators by a medical expert. The knowledge base contains an algorithm diagnosis of the disease, and also a criteria of non-parametric statistics for an estimation differences in the two groups of observations. The developed DSS of diagnostics of the anemias «DofА» allows to solve the following problems: registration of new patients, providing search and access to the information on the spent researches, registration of the analytical and physiological researches, and also the received results, formation of reports, information support of the doctor-therapist.
