Abstract:
The results of influence of a pathology stage and type on structural properties of a blood serum, determined from measurements of laser radiation scattering indicatrixes in the angle range of 40≤≤900 were presented. Comparative analysis of scattering indicatrixes of distilled water and blood serum of healthy patient showed, that water clusters of the serum were scattering centers. The set of scattering centers of these liquids included large (0.9≤r≤2.0 m), medium (0.4≤r≤0.9 m) and small (r≤0.4 m) clusters. Depending on the stage of myocardial infarction (from angina pectoris appeared for the first time to transmural inferolateral myocardial infarction) the pathology changed the set, sizes and concentration of serum clusters. At any stage it caused the concentration of small clusters increase, which was due to decay of large clusters into small fragments. Increase of infarction severity led to formation of super large clusters (3.3≤r≤6.7 m) being the most active at medium stages of infarction (posterodiaphragm and large-focal posterior myocardial infarction). The formation was reduced with further severity increase and was almost stopped at the most severe stage. The serum, appropriate to this stage of the pathology, was characterized by growing of the set of clusters with various sizes mainly small ones and as a result total concentration of clusters increased and the serum became more polydisperse as well as fine-dispersed. Thus, there was a correlation between severity of myocardial infarction and properties of serum structure. A correspondence between a pathology type (pancreatic diabetes, endometriosis + chronic pyelonephritis, maxil-lary sinusitis + endometritis, myocardial infarction) and structural properties of a blood serum was established. Dependence of structural properties of a blood serum on pathology stage and type has been supposed to be caused by information component of the pathology, i.e. the information on character and severity of disease is registered in structural properties.
