An Automated System for Assessing the Risk of Abnormalities of the Cardiovascular System

Abstract:
This article describes a technology for creating an automated system for assessing the risk of abnormalities of the cardiovascular system. An automated system for assessing the risk of abnormalities of the cardiovascular system - a system which aims to improve the efficiency of the physician in making decisions in consultation with the patient through the diagnostic process algorithmic dislipoproteidemii, risk of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease. Presents the algorithms developed diagnostic dislipoproteidemii, risk of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease in laboratory methods. The structure of the automated system which consists of four blocks is surveyed: «Registration and search of patients», «System directories», «Database» and «Knowledge Base». Experimental check of the automated system by test groups of value has shown adequacy of the diagnostic algorithm realized in system. The analysis of real value also has confirmed working capacity of algorithm and the automated system as a whole. Introduction of the similar automated system will help doctors with acceptance of correct decisions that will lead to diagnostics improvement of quality.
