Abstract:
It is conventional that use of a technique of an estimation of variability of a cardiac rhythm is useful for application everywhere where there is a requirement of an estimation of functional reserves in the course of adaptation of an organism to various influences and environment changes. Now variability of a cardiac rhythm gets the increasing value as in fundamental, and the applied researches directed on studying of health, and is enough worked technique to a measure for an estimation of degree of pressure regulation organism systems. However, it is necessary to recognize that one only cardiac rhythm though is very important physiological indicator, nevertheless has essential restrictions in treatment and a quantitative estimation of the received data. Clearly that use of any additional information can expand considerably not only diagnostic, but also prognostic possibilities. It is enough to add respiratory parameters in consideration - at once there is a new quality. Hence, it is available really additional diagnostic and prognostic possibilities of an estimation of functional infringements and weight of a condition of the patient at the combined cardio-respiratory researches. Coordination of functions of breath and blood circulation is a necessary condition for normal maintenance of an organism with oxygen. The simultaneous analysis of parameters of breath and blood circulation will allow to track features of interaction of blood circulation and breath at persons with different volume and high-speed characteristics of breath that is shown on concrete examples.
