The paper presents an analysis of an information set of time-frequency characteristics of heart rate variability in healthy patients during passive orthostatic load. It is shown that the use of functional dysfunction of the wavelet transform of heart rate variability in baseline function based on the modified Morlet wavelet allows to obtain stable estimates of information attributes, regardless of the conditions of stationarity of these processes.
