Abstract:
Problems of diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with the vessels diseases are actual in connection with wide prevalence of chronic diseases of bottom extremities vessels. Bioadequate electromagnetic stimulation (BEMS) renders the expressed therapeutic effect at diseases of vessels of the bottom extremities. For increase of diagnostics accuracy using several additional methods of an heart-vascular system condition estimation is offered besides traditional for BEMS systems rheography channel of diagnostics. In groups of research patients with obliterating atherosclerosis of bottom extremities arteries (OAABE) a various degree and patients with diabetic microangiopathy have been included. For increase of therapy efficiency it was offered to stimulate venous outflow in the beginning of a session, and then to stimulate arterial inflow that creates favourable conditions to improvement of microcirculation in a segment of extremities. The received data have allowed to define threshold values of bloodflow speed which is diagnostic criterion of therapy termination. The carried out researches have shown that use of additional diagnostics on parameters microhemodynamic in the specified image for several cases (it is especial at complex pathologies) allows to estimate BEMS efficiency more precisely. Necessary of the repeat BEMS is created about 6 month after the main therapeutic influence.
