Abstract:
Estimation of hemodynamics rates is important criteria for diagnosis not only eye, but also systemic diseases of human vascular system. Applicability of such estimation is determined by growth of number of chronic vascular diseases nowadays. In such eye-s pathologies as diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, retina vessel-s occlusion and others, investigations of eye-s hemodynamics can provide not only additional information about pathogenesis and probable treatment methods, but also provide opportunity of early diagnosis and are used as treatment control. Performed investigations showed validity of usage of tetrapolar method for rheoencephalographic (ROG). It makes possible modeling of processes of blood filling of the eye, resulting in measured quantities of blood flow and localization of investigated zone, and trustworthy rates of volume blood flow in investigated eye area. Rheography method has number of unique characteristic, in particular it is reliable integral estimation of blood circulation in particular eye parts, also it has a wide range for further development: technical, methodological, software-algorithmic. ROG allows performing wide range of functional probes, such as pharmacological and etc. for example, using local hypothermia, considered to be the most physiological and informative probe. Rheography allows performing investigations on different parts of the human body. It gives possibility to investigate processes of atherosclerotic vessel disease, its stages in different parts of circulatory system of human body, and in eyeball in particular. It is necessary to mention a wide range for early diagnosis of large number of eye diseases.
