Abstract:
Today the special attention is given to noninvasive diagnostic methods of cardiovascular system. It is associated with growth of number of cardiovascular system diseases including cerebral vessels. This paper is described rheoencephalographic (REG) method that allows to estimate circulatory system and this is actual with cerebral disturbance diagnostics, strokes, tumors and various craniocerebral injury. REG-method characterizes the hemodynamic parameters estimation of the three main paired brain arteries: internal and external carotid arteries and vertebral artery. We have analyzed several groups of ten of REG-signals from three main rheoencephalographic leads (F-M, T-T and O-M) and chosen 6 REG-cycles types offered as their classification. The contour analysis of rheographic curve underlies REG-cycles classification that is the number of structural elements: amount of waves on rheocycle (two or three) and incizure position (positive or negative). The "second incizure" is the most low located point between the first and second waves in case of presence of the last. The rest of the types are characterized two incizure: I - the first incizure, I2 - the second incizure. The 32-multichannel rheographic system is used in this examination. We have used tetrapolar technique for electrodes imposition which provides stability of transient resistance, high precision of basic impedance value and high noise immunity. The sampling rate of REG-signal is 500 Hz. The REG-signals record is carried out during 10 minutes to analyze low-frequency fluctuation in the above-listed 10 paired leads. The analysis of REG-signals by using our software included determination of systolic wave amplitude, value of basic impedance and predominant type of REG-cycle construction in 10-minute interval. The use of 6 types REG-classification gives more detailed estimation of cerebral parameters than the well-known classifications of rheographic signals. The analysis of 6 types REG-classification is shown expediency of its use in clinical practice such as complementary of common classifications. Multi-channel REG researches have shown that effect in area of a bioadequate electromagnetic field is bounded only by region of vascular bed pathology and during carrying out ones on a brain.
