Electromagnetic Waves at Frequencies of Nitric Oxide as a Factor of the Correction of Disorders in Intraorganic Blood Flow During Prolonged Stress

Abstract:
This article presents data about changes of intraorganic blood flow in animals at a state of prolonged stress under the influence of terahertz waves at frequencies of nitric oxide molecular emission and absorption spectrum 150.176...150.664 GHz. A morphological preparations of the brain, heart, lungs, liver, kidney, stomach and mesentery of male rats was studied in three groups: control, comparison and experimental. It was established that the animals in a state of prolonged stress, have significant changes of intraorganic hemodynamics. These animals has an infringement vascular tone, which is morphologically manifested by changes in blood filling of the organs most often plethora of veins. The animals with long-term stress has increases vascular permeability. This was reflected in the presence of edema and fibrinoid swelling of vascular walls of various organs: lungs, liver, stomach and small bowel mesentery. In animals at a state of prolonged stress occur gross violations of the integrity of blood vessels, which were manifested in the form of diffuse hemorrhage. During long-term stress in male rats was observed an infringement of blood aggregation inside the vessels, which is morphologically manifested in the form sladzhirovaniya blood and blood clots. Studies have shown that electromagnetic radiation at terahertz frequencies 150,176-150,664 GHz can partially restore the typical long-term violations intraorganic hemodynamics. This evident decline increased vascular permeability (edema reduction pia mater and brain interstitial edema in the lungs, mesentery of small intestine, the absence of fibrinoid swelling of the pulmonary vessels, liver, stomach, and mesentery of the small intestine), a decrease capillary fragility and the frequency of bleeding (no bleeding in substance of the brain and pia mater). In addition, under the influence of THF-irradiation, the normalization of the state of aggregation of blood in vessels of various organs, which manifests itself reduced the frequency of occurrence of events separating
