Abstract:
The error histogram method and its further development - the method of «sliding» histogram of test diagnostic channels in the complex magnetic therapy.
In the presence of the nonlinearity of the scanning error of nonlinearity in the Histogram can be quite significant magnitude, especially when testing high-precision ADC. To reduce this error was proposed by the method of «sliding» histogram.
It is shown that the error from the nonlinearity in the method of «sliding» histogram arises only when there are co-linearity test signal (TS) and the nonlinearity of its movement. Detailed analysis showed that the error in determining quantization intervals of the ADC under test is determined by the nonlinearity of TS on the nonlinearity of its displacement and, therefore, has the second order of smallness.
