Complex Chronomagnetotherapy - Method Activation of the Highest Achievements in Sport

Abstract:
A number of biomedical and scientific and technical problems in the field of magnetotherapy, the decision of which can serve the creation of more perfect techniques and the sophisticated hardware-software means for an effective utilization not only in the medical, regenerative and preventive areas, but also as a method of activation of the highest achievements in sports are considered in the article. It is noted, that the achievement of the specified purposes is possible by the special organization and formation of a configuration of a magnetic field according to four basic requirements: - obligatory maintenance of the general influence on a human organism with an opportunity to regulate location by electronic means which determines complex approach in magnetotherapy; - multidimensionality of a vector of influence, the parameters of which are set in time and space and can be changed in wide ranges should be performed by a program with sufficient resolution and accuracy; - necessity of coordination of conditions area of a complex influencing magnetic field with a multitude of biothropic parameters and conditions of biorhythms and bioresonances of the patient; - creation of a capacious database on treatment, restoration and activation in terms of chronomagnetotherapy which would provide the detailed description of attributes and subjectivisation (concerning the patient) of symp-toms complexes of indicators, allowing to choose optimal strategy of monitoring the magnetic field vector. Technologies of midichronological coordination automation, characterized by three levels are described in detail. The first level of the coordination conditionally named synchronization, sets dynamics of magnetoherapeutical in-fluence according to differential time-and-frequency parameters of functioning of an organism of the patient (rhythms of pulse, breath or speed of a blood-groove). The second level called a biotechnical feedback, provides more complex coordination of magnetotherapeutical influences, for example on an integrated parameter of activity regulator systems (PARS). The third level of the organization chronomagnetoherapeutical influences is defined by introduction of a biological feedback, when the patient on the basis of the subjective sensations operates (certainly, in admissible limits) biothropic parameters of magnetotherapeutical influences. Ways of formation of the metrics of the multivariate structured signal of the magnetic field containing the opti-mized set of biothropic parameters and methods of magnetoactivation of physiological processes in an organism of the patient are offered. The analysis of results of the clinical research, received at use of a complex "Multimag" for treatment of cardiovascular diseases, the diseases of nervous system, etc. which has shown high efficiency of complex chronomagnetotherapy technology and an opportunity of its successful application in sports medicine was conducted.
