The Methodic of Estimation of Bone-s Tissue

Abstract:
The main aspects of the software-hardware complex and methodic of estimation of bone-s tissue for the low ex-tremity's restoring process are considered in the article. Now the Ilizarov's device is widely used for cosmetic operations and for treatment of low extremities fractures. But bone's restoring process isn't researched, many doctors use subjective methods to estimate the state of low extremity at the current moment of time, and main diagnostic instrument is x-ray equipment. This facts lead to decreasing time of postoperative period and decrease a quantity of postoperative complications, and summary to increasing of hospital's costs. So it needs the alternative method of estimation of bone's tissue. Our methodic is way out from this situation. Its main idea is as follows: immediately after operation main part of human's weight is taken by rods of Ilizarov's apparatus. However, during the bone's restoring process, the bone take more and more part of human's weight, and as the result the load on the rods of Ilizarov's apparatus decreases. At some moment the hardness of bone's tissue spasmodically increases and bone takes the main part of human's weight. This moment can be determined with tensometric sensors of force and used for diagnosis. The general scheme of this complex, principal electronic schemes and metrological analysis are given.
