Abstract:
By consideration of course of ionic currents through biologically membranes it is necessary to consider a number of nuances. If to consider that the potential gradient is not a constant, and concentration of ions in a membrane changes, as well as it is accepted in most cases, under the linear law , where ? concentration out of a cage, - concentration in a cage, ? a concentration gradient it makes sense to find the law of distribution of potential in a membrane in case of a current constancy. . If to consider that the potential gradient is constant, and concentration along thickness of a membrane changes on the exponential law it is visible that at linear dependence of distribution of concentration, a constant component of density of a current more than a constant component of a current at экспоненциальном concentration distribution. As well high-frequency components of density of currents in both cases bring the different contribution to character to the general current of ions that once again testifies that it is necessary to approach to a choice of the law of distribution of concentration of ions seriously. Thus, at construction of the models considering course of ionic currents through channels in membranes, it is necessary to approach correctly to a problem of a choice of the law of distribution of concentration of ions on a thickness of a membrane.
