Diagnostics of a Condition of Cardiovascular System on a Basis Fractal Analysis RR-Intervalgram

Abstract:
Electrocardiogram functions as a time number of potentials are transformed in RR-intervalgram as aperiodic sequence cardiocycle. Behaviour RR-intervalgram has character of randomness and for its estimation it is possible to use characte-ristics fractal sets. In work a dynamic number of RR-intervals is considered as non-uniform fractal object - a multifractal. For an estimation of multifractals it is used generalised fractal dimension - dimension Renee. This indicator is considered as the diagnostic crite-rion confirming, that the analyzed object is a non-uniform fractal. Dependence between dimension Renyi and function multi-fractal a spectrum, and also with scaling an indicator and generalised indicator Hurst is defined. The algorithm is developed for calculation of the specified dependences for the purpose of use generalised fractal dimensions as an informative sign for diagnosing warm arrhythmia. Calculations are spent for RR-intervalgram patients with normal cardiovascular system, and al-so for patients with the various infringements directly menacing to human life: ventricular tachyarrhythmia, intracardiac ar-terial fibrillation, oscillations arrhythmia
