Abstract:
Тhe most common in Russia are the diseases of cardiovascular and respiratory systems of humans. Control of these functional systems can be the basis for the technology and the individual means for not outpatient daily as-sessment of human health. At present, both in Russia and in other countries, the absence of individual diagnostic devices, carrying out a comprehensive assessment of human health based on a joint analysis of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, among which there are significant correlations. In connection with this urgent task is to create off-site human health control technologies, suitable for use in everyday life and accessible to the general population. An urgent task is to create a theoretical basis and relevant methods and devises for control vital systems, cardi-ovascular and respiratory, which create conditions for production and supply of citizens with affordable devices for individual use. To achieve this task, it must solve the following subproblems: - creation of models for the formation of the diagnostic conclusion about the current state-controlled functional systems of the body based on the analysis of biomedical signals corresponding to the controlled system; - develop methods for biomedical signal processing, ensuring the achievement of real-time accuracy required submission of an amplitude-time parameters of these signals and the formation on their basis of informative parameters characterizing the state-controlled functional system; - development of methods for forming diagnostic conclusions based on the processing and analysis of the informative parameters of the functional systems of rights, taking into account its individual characteristics, based on the use of neural network technology to improve the reliability of the diagnostic conclusion of devices for personal use; - develop methods for processing and analysis of time series of informative parameters of functional systems and data from medical history to predict the possible ways to change the state-controlled functional system; - formulation of principles of hardware and software that implement the mentioned methods. The authors propose new approaches to the data processing and the formation in a real-time mode informative parameters of electrocardiosignals and examination of the parameters of external respiration. Solution to the problem through an integrated use of the propos ed methods enables to create a scientific basis for the construction of a new generation of diagnostic devices for personal use, providing obtain reliable information about the current state of the most vital functional systems of the human body in his daily activities.
