Diagnosing Process Control Using a Clinician`s Decision Support System

Abstract:
The subject of the report isdiagnosing process control using a clinitian`s decision support system. Technology of making such systems and concrete system based on this technology are considered. A different algorithm composition using semantic nets with the group expertise estimation is proposed. In the tops of the net some information units having individual names are situated, they contain medical characteristics (symptoms, syn-dromes, normative and pathologic data of laboratory research results etc.) Every arc of the semantic net is a connection between the information units and heterogenous relations like "cause-effect", "sumultaneously".Comparison process consists in comparising sample algorithm containing ideal information of actual patients, with prototype-algorithm containing results caracterising the state of the patient being examined. The main feature of information technology of support of decision-making is qualitatively new method of the or-ganization of interaction of the doctor and the computer. Development of the diagnostic decision that is a main objective of this technology, results from interaction of system of support of decision-making with the doctor as, the person making the decision, setting the entrance data and estimating the received result of calculations on the computer. In this case it is possible to speak about ability DSS together with the doctor to create the new information for decision-making.
