The method of Determination of the Loading on the Knee-Joint the Individual Distribution

Abstract:
In the publication it is considered a technique of determination of the individual distribution of loading on a knee-joint which allows expecting the forces working on a surface of a joint. Practically each person in the age of 45-50 years to some extent suffers from any displays developing or already developed gonarthrosis. One of key factors in development of this pathology is non-uniform distribution of loading to a knee joint. The method of determination of the individual distribution of loadings on a knee-joint is based on sharing of new information technologies (three-dimensional modeling), methods of medical visualization (x-ray computer and magnetic resonance tomography-s), and also the modern diagnostic techniques used in orthopedy (podometry) and consist of stage-by-stage gathering and the analysis of the data. The first investigation phase is a construction primitive weighting and creation of model weighting a human body. The second stage consists of definition of the resulting force working, on a knee joint. At the closing stage construction of distribution of the force working on a knee joint on a surface which form is determined on the basis of the data x-ray computer and magnetic resonance tomographies researches is carried out. Thus, using the received individual distribution of loading to a surface of a knee-joint of particularly given patient, forecasting development arthrosis, a choice of tactics of treatment and preventive maintenance of a pathology is possible
