Abstract:

The hardware implementation of pulse-width modulation of electric drives of executive devices of radar systems does not allow for flexible control of them and ensure high quality regulation. Goal. To propose an algorithm for the software generation of pulse width modulation at different power and current values Results. An algorithm is proposed for the software generation of sinusoidal-modulated supply voltage pulses for AC motors as part of the executive electric drives of radar systems. The algorithm is demonstrated in the MathCAD14 programming environment. The flexibility of the algorithm and the possibility of regulating the frequency, amplitude, number of clock pulses for the period of sinusoidal voltage, the current phase shift are shown. Software regulation ensures the implementation of complex control schemes for a variety of AC electric motors with high accuracy. The proposed algorithm can be implemented in any programming language when creating microprocessor control systems for executive electric drives of radar systems. By combining 4 control methods, the accuracy of the rotation angle can be improved, and the design of the electric drive can be simplified by eliminating angle sensors. To improve the accuracy of regulation in transients.
