Abstract:

The basis for training specialists in the use of complex technical objects (STO) in solving the problems of ensuring the effective use of the organizational and technical systems (OTS) they provide in an active competitive environment is a list of proven theoretical and practical training tasks in the relevant subject area. Currently, the problem is being solved in accordance with the classical approach based on a logical-heuristic approach, causing the choice of only priority educational tasks, leaving aside those that do not de-serve attention from researchers. This leads to subjectivism, and sometimes to an erroneous choice of training tasks, since the priorities for the use of STO (including training tasks) in the dynamics of the use of OTS in an operation are constantly changing.

To resolve this contradiction, a method is proposed based on a functional analysis of the methods of using the OTS in various forms of operations with a specification of the main functions of planning, organization, control and adjustment into an interconnected and interdependent system of functional tasks. Their classification according to system-defining features with reference to individual stages of the OTS application in an operation ensures the definition of external and internal functions of the STO application and the formation of a complete and possible set of training tasks based on the criterion of their generality. On the basis of the systemic coverage of certain educational tasks by the available resource of objects (means, complexes) of STO management, using the Euler-Venn diagram, the allocation of an admissible set of educational tasks is the basis for resolving educational problem situations. The method is based on the use of a systematic approach, implemented as a set of axiomatic rules, procedures and operations based on the theories of system analysis, decision making, program-targeted planning and management, recognition, fuzzy sets and the system coverage method.

The implementation of the method is carried out at the stage of structural and functional substantiation of the technical requirements for information training systems designed to train future specialists in decision-making processes for the application of STO on a variety of ways of conflict interaction of competing OTS.
