Abstract:

The article proposes methods for automated resistance measurement using a four-pin device and measuring the resistivity of a semiconductor using four sondes. The presented methods allow with high accuracy and increased reliability to control the values of resistance and resistivity of semiconductors, with the control of the integrity of all electrical circuits formed and the corresponding exception from the measurement results of the values of transient and contact resistances, resistances of communication lines and keys of the multiplexer in the generated electrical circuits.
