A comparison of filtering quality of Kalman algorithm, α-β algorithm and nonlinear algorithm, obtained by using criteria of maximum posteriori probability using three-position range-difference radio system is presented in the article. Part 1 include descriptions of three-position range-difference radio system and object of observation. Initial values for modeling and results of modeling are presented in part 2. Results include graphics of standard deviation depending on signal/noise ratio, width of the spectrum, location of object of observation and intensity of trajectory fluctuations.
