Abstract:

In this paper the tasks, allowing to provide the specified characteristics parameters of elements with fractional impedance (further – fractal elements, FE) on the basis of resistive-capacitive elements with distributed parameters (RC–EDP) are solved. The mathematical model of the thick-film RC–EDP with R–C–NR layers structure is developed. The hardware-software system for measurement and parameters identification of the R-C-NR layers structure RC–EDP mathematical model is developed. Characteristics parameters trimming strategy of RC–EDP FE is offered for preset parameters of its characteristics providing.
