Abstract:
In practice, there are a large number of images that have defects such as cracks and scratches. In the various archives of the world kept a large number of archival photos and video. Many of the photographs are unique and in some cases, the only information on some of the past. Assessing the true values of pixels or less necessary in most applications of digital image processing. Recovery methods of two-dimensional signals are used in processing problems of archival documents in the form of images with different distortions, such as scratches, stains, dust, unnecessary line, the fold line.
