The stability of micromycetes - producers of proteases during prolonged storage methods

Abstract:
Among the world of microbes micromycetes are of practical value, as they are able to synthesize complex of proteolytic microorganisms. Directed search method for the conservation of micromycetes, ensuring the safety of not only the morphological and cultural properties, and biochemical in the long term is an important task. The object of the study were 41 strain deuteromycetes belonging to 8 genera: Aspergillus, Beaveria, Botritis, Cladosporium, Monilia, Paecillomyces, Penicillium, Phialophora, stored on the Chapek's medium under paraffin oil and without it at 4 ºC for 40,5 months, and 3 genera: Aspergillus, Botritis, Penicillium that were stored on silica gel at two temperatures (4 ºC and 20 ºC) for 20 years. Method of conservation on agar medium of Сapek as vaseline oil, and without it ensured complete safety 41 strain deuteromycetes over 40,5 months. Most of the investigated crops had not lost the ability to hydrolyze the collagen in these storage methods. The maximum index of lysis installed in Pen. purpurescens F 18. Method of conservation on silica gel at 4 ºС is allowed to retain viability and biochemical activity of some micromycetes in a long time (20 years). Found that all investigated species were growing on the hemoglobin, and the growth and lysis of collagen found only 3 species of Penicillium.
