Abstract:
Currently, fresh fruits of Hippophae rhamnoides are used in the pharmaceutical industry as a source of fatty oil and the creation of the dosage form based on this meal and fruit. In accordance with the requirements of normative documents, the content of biologically active substances in fruits, except for the amount of carotenoids, do not install. Moreover, no data on the stability of various groups of substances during storage and freeze-drying conditions. Standardization of fruit of Hippophae rhamnoides on the content of flavonoids, carotenoids, organic acids, tannins, evaluation of the antioxidant activity of extracts, as well as the selection of the optimal conditions for storage of fruits is very important. The object of study is the fruit of plants of the genus Hippophae in fresh, dried and frozen. Studied flavonoid composition of fruit of Hippophae rhamnoides by TLC. Performed quantification of flavonoids, carotenoids, organic acids, tannins in the fruits of Hippophae rhamnoides. Set antioxidant activity of extracts. The effect of different storage conditions on the stability of biologically active substances in fruits. Based on the results of some recommended standards of quality for inclusion in the modern regulatory documentation in fruit of Hippophae rhamnoides fresh, dried and frozen.
