Abstract:
The review briefly describes progress in PLA / PLGA-based advanced drug delivery systems. Macroform have found application in cases of necessity prolonged release of drugs and maintain their concentration in the therapeutic range, nanoforms use in the treatment of neoplasms, tuberculosis, brain disorders.
