Abstract:
The aim of the work was a comparative study of Argania spinosa seeds oil samples obtained in the traditional way - by hand, as well as by methods of Soxhlet extraction with n-hexane and supercritical fluid CO2 extraction for the development of approaches to the authentication and purity of argan oil. Argania spinosa seeds oil is a valuable product for the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. With the help of precision physico-chemical methods - 1H NMR spectroscopy and mass-spectrometry - in comparative terms set triglyceride, fatty acid and sterols composition, as well as the composition of Tocopherols and the content of squalene in the samples of oil арганы of different origin. Low content of kampesterol among sterols authentic sample oil арганы can be used as an indicator of the feature in establishing the authenticity of Argania spinosa seeds oil.
