The possibilities of using special means to improve measures for the prevention and rehabilitation of diseases of the visual organ are investigated. Faceted optics based on titanium diaphragms belongs to the field of technobionics and borrows the principles of the organization of the visual analyzer from insects.
The purpose of the study is to describe a new vision correction technology based on faceted diaphragms made of a thin medical alloy.
The article discusses various aspects of the use of faceted glasses, provides preliminary results and recommended modes of use.
The microfasure used in specialized glasses adds an additional artificial layer of processing visual information received by the visual analyzer. When creating an image on the retina, the faceted structures act on the ciliary muscles and help relieve the spasm of accommodation.
