Abstract:

Due to the influence of professional activity on human biomechanics, studies have been conducted on the asymmetry of body segments and the distribution of load on the right and left lower extremities in two groups of people.

Goal – to determine the degree of asymmetry of body segments and to identify the features of load distribution on the right and left lower extremities among representatives of different professions (athletes and office workers) using the Habilect system equipment.

It was found that athletes demonstrate less asymmetry of body segments and a more even distribution of load on the lower extremities compared to office workers. It is noted that the use of the Habilect system made it possible to accurately determine the parameters of a person's gait and identify violations in the mechanics of walking.

The data obtained make it possible to develop individual rehabilitation and prevention programs for people with gait disorders. The equipment of the Habilect system can be used for an objective assessment of the condition of the musculoskeletal system and the effectiveness of treatment. The results of the study emphasize the need to take professional factors into account when developing physical activity and health prevention programs.
