Abstract:

The development of medical equipment should prioritize accessible, secure, and effective non-drug-based treatments for various skin conditions. This highlights the necessity for enhancing and broadening the application of non-ablative selective technologies in dermatology. Pulsed copper vapor lasers at 511 nm and 578 nm wavelengths display unique characteristics for dermatological applications, enabling precise selective photothermolysis for vascular and pigmented skin issues with enhanced accuracy. The software of a copper vapor laser medical system ought to offer control over its functioning and reduce hazards to the patient.

The aim of the study is to develop a software for dual-wavelengths copper vapor laser medical system for selective photodestruction of vascular, pigmented and uncolored skin defects.

The developed software has been used to treat more than 50,000 patients with a dual-wavelength copper vapor laser medical systems "Yachroma-Med" for selective photodestruction of vascular, pigment and uncolored skin defects. The results of its application can be used to create a new generation of laser medical systems, allowing for personalized selection of laser parameters for the safe removal of cosmetic defects with minimal risk of recurrence.
