VITA accelerator neutron source (VITA Installation) is an installation that comprises many complex electrophysical devices and systems, the coordinated control of which is a difficult task, requiring the application of the most advanced achievements in electronics, computer technology and information technology. To solve this task, you need to create a set of automation tools.
Soft-and-Hardware Complex of Instrumentation and Control System (SHC I&C), which implements centralized automated monitoring and control of the VITA installation operating in a medical institution.
Software-and-Hardware complex of automation tools for boron-neutron-capture therapy of oncological diseases in a medical institution has been created, which will allow introducing this treatment into clinical practice in the very near future.
