Currently, variation chronoreflexometry is one of the simplest and most accessible methods for assessing the functional state of the central nervous system of a healthy adult. However, there is practically no work on studying the mechanisms of the effect of speleoclimatotherapy on the functional state of the central nervous system of an adult healthy person according to the parameters of variation chronoreflexometry.
Purpose of the work – to study the dynamics of the performance of an adult healthy person during a 10-day course of speleotherapy using the parameters of variation chronoreflexometry.
Under the influence of speleoclimate, a significant increase in the time of sVMR of both the right and left hands was revealed from the first to the 10th day of speleotherapy. During the entire course of speleotherapy, the variation chronoreflexometry indicators corresponded to a slightly reduced performance capacity. The correlation analysis revealed a close relationship between the time of PVMR of the right and left hands. However, the closeness of these relationships changed under the influence of speleoclimate (decreased), increased with repeated testing in the comparison group and did not change in experimental group 2. In experimental group 2 (speleotherapy while taking calcium gluconate), no significant differences in chronoreflexometry parameters were revealed.
The data obtained expands the understanding of the psychophysiological mechanisms of the impact of speleoclimatotherapy on the human body.
