With age, the incidence of cancer increases dramatically. There is a hereditary predisposition to the development of oncological diseases. There are no clinical procedures that would preventatively reduce the risk of cancer.
The aim of the work is to publish the results of a study on the effect of the fraction of mouse serum proteins and their administration regimens on the prevention of the growth of hereditary hepatoma of the liver in mice of the CBA line at the age of one and a half years.
Mice of the CDF line at the age of 2-3 months were injected with proteins of the hemoglobin-associated fraction of blood serum. After 1.5 years, mice were investigate and the presence of liver tumors was recorded. It has been shown that prophylactic administration of hemoglobin-associated fraction of mouse serum proteins completely prevents the growth of age-related hepatitis in mice of the CBA line.
This observation is the pilot of clinical prevention of the development of age-related (hereditary) oncological diseases. The fact that the introduction of a certain fraction of blood serum from 5 to 14 times to mice of the CBA line at the age of 2 to 3 months blocks the growth of hepatitis in the same mice at the age of 1, 5 years may be a reason to start such work in humans. The introduction of fractions of human serum proteins is officially allowed. Considering the amount of protein in the injection, the procedure will look like this: one subcutaneous injection for 14 days. The mechanism of this phenomenon can be explained by the fact that the aging of the body is not so much a biological as a physic-chemical process.
