Abstract:

Features of autonomic regulation of heart rate variability during modeling of operating activities in students of different ethnic groups have not been studied.

Aim to identify the features of autonomic regulation of heart rate variability during modeling of operating activities in students of different ethnic groups in the megalopolis.

123 practically healthy men aged 18-24 years of different ethnic groups were examined. First group – 59 students from Russia and second group – 64 students from Iran. The heart rate variability in real time “Varicard 2.8” (Ramena, Ryazan) was carried out. It was found that in the initial state, students from Russia showed higher values of RMSSD, SDNN, pNN50, MxDMn and CV indicators, and students from Iran – AMo and SI. Spectral analysis of students from Russia revealed significantly high relative values of the high-frequency (HF) component of the spectrum and low values of the LF/HF and IC index, which indicates the predominance of the parasympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system in the regulation of heart rate compared to students from Iran (p <0.05).

\Spectral analysis showed that during modeling of operating activities, the students from Russia showed significantly high values of the absolute power of the LF range of the HRV spectrum, and the representatives of the Iranian ethnic group had higher values of the power of the HF and VLF range of the spectrum (p <0,05). It was found that in students from Iran, adaptation processes are reflected in HRV indices, which is manifested in the activation of the centers of energy metabolic exchange with a significant increase in the relative values of the VLF power of the spectrum component and reflects the higher activity of the suprasegmental parts of the brain in the regulation of heart rate. Students from Russia showed significant fluctuations in the relative power indices of the LF and HF components of the HRV spectrum, which characterize the interdependence of respiratory and circulatory functions, which indicates an increase in the activity of the central levels of regulation. Thus, the obtained results testify that the individual characteristics of the adaptation processes in the megalopolis revealed in students are reflected in the dynamics of heart rate variability indicators, and are also associated with the level of emotional stress and are conditioned by the ethnic factor.

The revealed features of the central and autonomous mechanisms of heart rate regulation can be used in the development of programs for adaptation to the conditions of the megalopolis of different ethnic groups.
