Abstract:
The modern methods of immunomagnetic separation find a wide application in the fields of laboratory diagnostic infection diseases and sanitary-epidemiological investigation and in any place, where high top sensitivity microorganisms detection in complex samples with the low pathogen concentration required. For this purpose elaborated and putted into practice magnoimmunosorbent diagnostic test-systems for selective concentration dangerous agents of infection diseases from environment media objects with the help of magnoimmunosorbent (MIS) with the further attention of enzyme immunoassay (ELISA). For production unification above mentioned test-systems necessary to standardize magnosorbent (MS) because the surface microstructure of it has the decisive influence onto adsorption properties detected.
The main aim of this work directed for elaboration of standardized conditions for synthesis of composition organosilicon microgranulated magnoimmunosorbent.
During attention this work on the base of modified by was elaborated biotechnology for production the standardized sample of organosilicon microgranulated composition magnosorbent (SS, MS). In a capacity of magnetic media the siccum mi-crodispersion oxide ferrous II was used. The structure characteristics of MS were studied and the certification of physico-chemical parameters was attended. The optimum condition of MS growing were worked off and recommended.
The chemical modification of MS surface was attended for formation the function active groups. The adsorption ability of MS experimental samples was investigated.
The investigation results permitted to elaborate the standardized sample magnosorbent to get allowance the batches MIS with the constant properties for FGHI Stavropol Antiplague Institute of Rospotrebnadzor.
