Comparative effectiveness of ozonized perfluorane at purulent peritonitis

Abstract:
The experiments on white rats with the use of Remennic model (1965) of the fecal peritonitis were carried out to study the comparative efficiency of the ozonized perfluorochemical. For this purpose the rats received the injections into the abdo-minal cavity - in the 1st series they received the ozonized perfluorochemistry, in the 2nd - the ozonized physiological solution, in the 3rd series - the ozone free perfluorochemistry , in the 4th - physiological solution ( 2 ml per 100 gr of mass index ). On the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 7th and 14th postexperimental days under the chloroform anesthesia the smear imprints and peritoneal exudate tests for the microbiological evaluation were taken from the abdominal cavity under the chloroform anesthesia. The experiment investigates the dynamics of the peritonitis, microbial picture, appearance and state of the inner organs of the animals under study. This experiment shows that intrabominal injections of the ozonized perfluorochemical by 2,5 - 4,5 times reduces the development of enteroparesis and commissures , the microbial number in the exudate is reduced by 100000 .
