Chemiluminescent study of biologically active of substances of animal ori-gin

Abstract:
The article investigates one of the areas of cellular techniques, tissue and organ replacement therapy, in particular, as-sessing the chemiluminescent activity perfusate containing active substances of animal origin (BAS). The paper evaluated the effect of the duration of perfusion, freezing and varieties perfused organ to the intensity of the spontaneous and induced chemiluminescence. The study concluded that the duration of perfusion affects the intensity of chemiluminescence, the maximum values of which, in most cases, are observed between the 25th and 45th minutes of perfusion, and then there is a tendency to decrease. No significant differences in the intensity of chemiluminescence between the two study perfusate bodies were found. Freezing (-38 C) has led to the fact that the level of chemiluminescence in these portions is markedly lower than in the case of the freshly prepared perfusate.
